Your use of the ExpoBazaar Services is subject to certain Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use without defining them in this Policy have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use

This Privacy Policy applies to the ExpoBazaar website, and all other websites, applications, widgets, products, services and other offerings (collectively, the “Services”) owned and operated by Expo Digital SCM B.V. and our affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “ExpoBazaar”) that link to this Privacy Policy. This Policy covers our treatment of the personal information we collect by using our Services. Expo Digital SCM B.V., Randweg 155, 1422 ND Uithoorn, Netherlands is the controller of the personal information collected in connection with the use of all ExpoBazaar services.

What information does ExpoBazaar collect?

Unsubscribe from communications:

If you no longer wish to receive electronic communications from us, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or follow the unsubscribe instructions in other communication channels. 

Please note: You may still receive transactional emails from us. We process requests to be placed on the do-not-mail and do-not-call lists as required by applicable law. 

Will ExpoBazaar change this privacy policy? 

We are constantly trying to improve our services, so we may need to change this privacy policy from time to time, but we will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice on the website https://expobazaar.com/, sending you an email, and /or in some other way. By using the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy are posted, you agree to the new Privacy Policy. 


Although we strive to deliver products on time and in perfect condition, there may be unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We have a simple, clear and transparent returns and refunds policy to make the process hassle-free for you. We accept returns and on a case-by-case basis that qualify for an "Eligible Return or Damaged Product Refund".

Expo Digital SCM B.V. considers a product(s) as eligible under the following

conditions:
• The product has been damaged in transit, i.e. broken, scratched, dented and/or unfit for its original intended use upon arrival.

• If the product is damaged upon arrival, it is unused and in its original packaging.

• The product has not been altered, colored, resized or deformed in any way after delivery.

• The return/refund request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• The proof of purchase or receipt is enclosed with the return shipment.

• Photos/videos of the damaged product upon arrival or unpacking have been submitted.

Exclusions The following products are not eligible for returns:

• Discounted items and/or purchases made during a sale or via a promotional code cannot be returned, but will be refunded in the event of damage.

• All purchases made online are non-returnable but will be refunded in the event of damage.

• All purchases made through Request For Quotation are non-returnable but will be refunded in the event of damage.

• Items used

• Custom products

• Gift vouchers

• Items marked "Non-Returnable" (including pillows, blankets, bedding, linens, samples etc.)

Partial returns and refunds:

If one or more items arrive damaged or are incorrect in a multi-item shipping package, Expo Digital SCM B.V. provides a refund equal to the value of the damaged/incorrect item(s) if it qualifies for a qualifying return or damaged product refund.

Incorrect Shipping Packages

If you receive an incorrect shipping package, ExpoBazaar will replace it with the original shipping package ordered, as long as it qualifies for an eligible return or damaged product.

Refund Cancellations

• You can request cancellation of an order within 48 hours of placing an order.

• You may submit a cancellation request through the buyer's account. 

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges for authorized returns and refunds will be borne by Expo Digital SCM B.V.


Refunds 

Refund requests for items that do not meet the definition of Eligible Return or Damaged Product are at the sole discretion of ExpoBazaar. Shipping costs on orders are non-refundable. Submit a refund request from the buyer's account. 

Resolution 

We attempt to resolve all refunds/cancellations/returns within 7 business days. However, in certain cases, it may take longer.
