End Table

Look beside most sofas and you'll find a makeshift table. It might be a pile of magazines, a kitchen stool or an upturned crate. Nobody planned it that way. They just never got round to buying an end table. That's good news for retailers, because the customer already knows exactly where the table will go. What they need from you is the right height and a finish that suits the sofa.
This part of our range is still small, and we're adding to it. The pieces come from workshops in India that we buy from directly, and they're stored in our warehouse in the Netherlands. For buyers who want a B2B end table supplier with stock inside Europe, that keeps delivery times short.
Right now we have one dedicated end table. It pairs a wood top with a mild steel frame, and the look is industrial but not cold. The metal is dark and the wood is warm. It works next to leather or linen sofas, in loft apartments, and in cafés with a lounge area. It's listed as "coming soon" at the moment, so check the date before planning a display around it.
If you need more choice today, go to our side tables. A lot of what sits there works as an end table, including marble tables, C-shaped tables that tuck under a sofa, tables with a lower shelf and nesting pairs. Our European customers mostly use a single word for both types, and they buy from both pages.
The question customers ask most is how tall the table should be. The answer is simple: the top should sit about level with the sofa arm, or a little under it. For most sofas, that lands somewhere between 55 and 65 cm. It's still worth measuring the actual sofa, because arm heights vary more than people think.
A slimmer table makes sense in a small flat, since it leaves more room to get past. The full measurements for each piece are listed on its product page.
End tables don't explain themselves when they stand alone. Put one beside a sofa or armchair with a table lamp, a book and a small plant on top, and customers understand it straight away. Where there's space, add one of our coffee tables in a similar wood tone to show a full seating area. Many shops end up selling end tables in pairs, one for each side of the sofa.
In hotels, end tables usually go in guest rooms, lounges and suites. Common spots are beside an armchair by the window or next to a sofa bed. Housekeeping moves furniture every day and luggage knocks into it, so metal frames tend to last longer in hospitality settings. In smaller rooms, a narrow end table often doubles as a nightstand. Send us the room count and we'll help work out quantities across end tables and our other tables.
For smaller shops, end tables are a sensible first step into furniture. They're compact, they don't take over the floor, and they give you another surface for candles, ceramics and small decor. A mom and pop store can order a few, see what sells, and reorder the popular ones. For something narrower to go in a hallway, our console tables come in the same finishes.
Set up an account on the Expo Bazaar website. Once it's approved, you'll see prices and the minimum order value (MOV) for each table and can buy wholesale end tables online as usual. The unit price comes down on bigger orders. Buyers in the Netherlands and Belgium can also visit our B2B cash and carry stores in Aalsmeer, Venlo, Ede and Brussels to see finishes in person.
Both sell. An end table sits at the end of a sofa, and a side table can go almost anywhere. Most customers won't mind which you call it.
