To help us complete your account setup and ensure compliance with global tax regulations, please provide the following details. If you’re a sole proprietor, simply share the business owner’s name. For other business types, we’ll need your valid VAT number and corresponding Chamber of Commerce (CoC) number.

Note: For businesses in the Netherlands, it’s required to provide your VAT number, CoC number, and a legal business document verified by the government. Thank you for helping us keep everything in order!

Once you register as a buyer at eu.expobazaar.com and submit your valid business details, your account will be automatically verified.

Shipping and delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, our system will automatically update, and you’ll receive a tracking link sent to your registered email. If you don’t receive any tracking information, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@expobazaar.com. We’re here to assist you!

Our delivery times are based on the availability of stock at the nearest warehouse. If the item is in stock, your order will typically be delivered within a week. However, if it's not available, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

While we aim to deliver your order(s) on time, shipping delays might be caused due to bad weather and other unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, please contact us at info@expobazaar.com regarding the same. We will look into it on a priority basis.

Payments

In case of a failed payment, please contact info@expobazaar.com. If the amount has been debited from your account, kindly send us the payment reference number. In most cases, the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by specific conditions. If an item is damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund for the purchase amount, deducting a portion of the shipping fees.
